Yesterday morning Kayleigh appealed on Facebook for help making her dying grandfather's wish come true.
As a life long Manchester United fan he was desperate to meet the team.
This afternoon 4 of the first team players turned up to his house to make his dream come true. Wonderful gesture from Fellalads, well done
