The Ghana Football Association has confirmed the league table at the end of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League season.
Medeama are now placed fourth on the table despite tied on points with Asante Kotoko.
The Mauve and Yellows have a better head-to-head against the Porcupine Warriors.
Wa All Stars amassed 31 points to be crowned champions and the three relegated clubs are New Edubiase United, Techiman City and Sekondi Hasaacas.
