Manchester United fans SLAM Paul Pogba after ’embarassing’ cameo against Sevilla
The Frenchman started the game on the bench but entered the pitch on the hour mark for Marouane Fellaini when the tie was still 0-0 on aggregate.
However, Ben Yedder’s double gave United a mountain to climb and Romelu Lukaku’s goal was not enough to mount a comeback.
Jose Mourinho turned to Pogba to influence the game at a crucial stage but the France international was arguably United’s worst performer and he gave the ball away a number of times in good areas.

Ben Yedder’s double gave the La Liga side a shock 2-0 lead at Old Trafford and Romelu Lukaku’s late goal wasn’t enough to mount a comeback.
United were favourites to progress to the last-eight but there will be huge question marks over Mourinho’s approach to the two legs, where United had just four shots on target.
However, Mourinho was keen to remind angry supporters that the Red Devils have come unstuck in the past – when he knocked the club out of the competition at the last-16 stage with Porto and Real Madrid.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s grimace sums up Manchester United’s shocking defeat to Sevilla
Manchester United crashed out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage after a shock defeat to Sevilla at Old Trafford and Sir Alex Ferguson summed up the loss at the final whistle.
Ben Yedder’s double gave the La Liga side a shock 2-0 lead at Old Trafford and Romelu Lukaku’s late goal wasn’t enough to mount a comeback.
United were the overriding favourites to progress to the last-eight but there was no hiding for Jose Mourinho afterwards, who said his squad must put the defeat behind them and focus on Brighton in the FA Cup on Saturday.
United fans were understandably angry leaving the Theatre of Dreams and Sir Alex Ferguson’s facial expression said everything about the club’s performance on one of their worst nights since his retirement.
The 76-year-old was in attendance at the Theatre of Dreams but couldn’t have been happy with what he saw.
United’s defeat means they club have only reached the last eight of the competition once since Sir Alex stepped down and that was during David Moyes’ ill-fated ten months at the club.
A 2-1 win against Liverpool last Saturday means United have a five-point cushion on their Merseyside rivals in the race for second spot but it remains to be seen how damaging this defeat will be to morale.

CHRONOLOGY OF HIS FIFTEEN YEARS KWARA POLITICAL LEADERSHIP (Abubakar Bukola Saraki)
CHRONOLOGY OF HIS FIFTEEN YEARS KWARA POLITICAL LEADERSHIP.....
It all begin in 2003, Kwarans were yearning for development and had lot of expectations, riding on these wave, he was introduced to us as as someone that can get things done. His qualifications were impressive, coupled with his youthfulness and family background most Kwarans agreed "a new figure has emerged". So he was given the mandate.
In truth, he was the new political figure that relegated the old ones, he formed his own caucus and groups, he promised to use his exposure and influence to transform Kwara State to one of the richest state in the country.
He was not alone, he invited some other Kwarans of his age and selected some from his father's old guards to form his government. The rest as they say is now history.
It is fifteen years already, how far have we develop as a State under his leadership?
Let me start with the Kwara State civil servants. I must confess, it is like a curse to be a civil servant under Kwara State government. The emoluments that cannot even feed Maigida's dog in a day is what they pay to civil servant in a month as salary.
This reminds me of what our kingmaker said when he was trying to woo the civil servants in 2003 inside the compound of ministry of education in order to secure their votes, when he asked how much is their salaries and he was told he said is it for a day or for a month? Now this is 2018, please someone should ask him what Kwara State civil servants are being paid as salaries now, is it for a day or a month? Hypocrisy of the highest order saturated with executive extortion.
There's no health package, no welfare and after retirement, it's more easier to bring down Sobi mountain than to get gratuity. What about his promise of making Kwara state civil servants kings and Queens? Another tale of telling people what they want to hear.
Good road network is another fifteen years old promise of the present political leadership in the state. It's funny that what we are celebrating here is filling of portholes but not completion of all roads across the state. Please what happen to promise of turning Kwara to small London? Dead on arrival, did I hear you say "Sai leader"?
Qualitative Education is what he promised Kwarans but fifteen years after, our schools are in shambles, students are being taught under the tree and our teachers are the poorest paid in the country.
He promised us pipe borne water running from our taps fifteen years ago but today we are still battling with emergency water tanker distribution after billions of naira have being expended.I find it difficult to understand what's really happening or are we bedevilled?
Another fifteen years old promise is Kwara state health sector. Yes, he built diagnostic centre that is not affordable for Kwara masses and his successor renovated some hospitals in the state without equipments. This was confirmed recently by Kwara State house of assembly.
His fifteen years leadership is not a total waste, he established Kwara State University, built for-nothing cargo terminal and unaffordable aviation college. But my question is, can he account for all the money spent so far? Another question is are these projects not generating any revenue? Of course they are, now what has and is being done with the revenues generated from these investment? Which brings us to KWIRS the body responsible for collecting those revenue or is it the body responsible for siphoning those revenue generated from these projects for the benefits of the few? Maybe these people have forgotten they will not live forever and will give account one day.
He is a man that subdue anything that go against his will and not ready to listen to advice. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that he is placing his national ambitions above the well being of Kwarans and have puppet it place who will readily do his bidding.
My fellow Kwarans, it's time to look elsewhere and give room for egalitarian leader to emerge. Kwara State is not for them alone but for all of us.
May God guide our leaders right and help us the truth to know.
